Product Details (Core Functions of Copper Busbars)
Copper busbars deliver three core functions in power electronic systems: High-current transmission – connecting inverters to drive motors for efficient and stable power transfer; Equipotential bonding and grounding – equalizing enclosure and structural potentials while providing safe leakage protection paths; Absorbing vibration and thermal expansion – preventing rigid connections from fatigue failure due to temperature changes and road-induced shocks.
Laminated Busbars : Low parasitic inductance effectively suppresses IGBT/SiC turn-off overvoltage, protecting power devices; the flat structure significantly reduces enclosure depth and increases power density; custom L/Z shapes fit compact layouts.
Rigid Busbars : Manufactured from high-purity T2 copper via rolling or extrusion, offering extremely high current-carrying capacity and strong mechanical strength. With a fixed form, they are ideal for main-circuit busing connections, delivering superior cost-effectiveness for standardized mass production.
