    Product Details (Core Functions of Copper Busbars)

    Copper busbars deliver three core functions in PV storage:

    High-current transmission  – connecting battery clusters, PCS, and combiner cabinets for efficient charge/discharge;

    Equipotential bonding and grounding  – equalizing enclosure and structural potentials;

    Absorbing vibration and thermal expansion  – preventing fatigue failure.

    Laminated Busbars : Low parasitic inductance suppresses switching overvoltage, protecting power devices; flat profile saves cabinet space and increases power density; custom L/Z shapes fit compact layouts.

    Braided Busbars : Precision-braided from high-purity copper strands, featuring an extremely small bending radius and multi-directional flexibility to absorb road-induced shocks and relative displacements between modules. The braided structure distributes stress to resist high-frequency fatigue; open design enhances heat dissipation; high tolerance for installation errors simplifies assembly.
