China Suppliers: Bridgold's Modern Factory for New Energy Wind Power and Superconducting Medical Industries
Deep Experience in Wind Energy
In the wind power sector, our longest partnership with a major client spans over 10 years. What we offer goes far beyond copper busbars or braided wires – we deliver reliability solutions grounded in a profound understanding of vibration dynamics, operating environments, and electrical performance. Our goal is to become your trusted electrical connection partner, engaging from the early design stage to jointly develop next-generation wind turbine systems that are more reliable and efficient.

Core Functions of Copper Busbars (Flexible & Rigid)
High-current transmission – connecting high-power equipment such as generators, converters, transformers, and switchgear to ensure efficient and stable power transfer.
Equipotential bonding and grounding – maintaining potential equalization between enclosures and structural components, while providing safe grounding paths to guard against lightning strikes and leakage hazards.
Compensating vibration, thermal expansion, and displacement – wind turbines operate at high altitudes, enduring constant sway, vibration, and extreme temperature variations. Rigid connections are prone to fatigue failure, whereas flexible connection assemblies effectively absorb these stresses, significantly extending system service life.
Product Details
High current capacity – with a regular cross-section and large effective conductive area, suitable for currents ranging from hundreds to thousands of amperes.
Compact structure – available in custom shapes (straight, L-shaped, Z-shaped, etc.), enabling flexible layout and easy installation in confined spaces.
Moderate flexibility – more flexible than rigid bars, allowing bending and twisting to a certain degree, though with a bending radius typically larger than that of braided wires.
Ultimate flexibility – extremely small bending radius, allowing multi-directional bending and swinging to absorb complex vibrations and displacements.
Exceptional fatigue resistance – the braided construction distributes stress across countless fine copper strands, preventing fracture under long-term high-frequency vibration.
Superior heat dissipation – the loose structure increases the surface area, effectively reducing temperature rise.
High installation tolerance – less demanding on precision, easily compensating for larger assembly errors.
Manufactured from high-purity T2 copper through rolling or extrusion, offering high rigidity, excellent conductivity, and a flat surface finish.
Key advantages – extremely high current-carrying capacity, strong mechanical strength, fixed form, cost-effectiveness, and suitability for standardized mass production.
