Reduced thermal resistance ：The flexible stranded structure combined with ≥99.95% pure copper provides excellent heat dissipation, significantly lowering temperature rise under high current or short-circuit conditions, thus improving system reliability.
Ends can be drilled, milled, machined and profiled to meet mechanical demands：Our terminals are not limited to standard holes. We can drill, mill, profile, or fully machine the pressed or welded ends to create custom slot patterns, threaded holes, or complex mounting shapes, eliminating the need for additional adapters.
Superior vibration & fatigue resistance ：The fine multi-wire stranded design absorbs mechanical stress without work hardening, making it ideal for dynamic applications like traction motors or railway connections.
Low and stable contact resistance ：Solderless pressed ferrules ensure a large, uniform contact interface that remains stable over thermal cycles.

Temperature range: -40°C to +200°C (depends on plating)

Maintenance: Periodic visual check for damage/corrosion; clean with dry air or soft brush.
Service life: >20 years under normal conditions. Frequent flexing reduces life.
