We provide multiple insulation options including PVC heat-shrinkable/cold-shrinkable/extruded/non-shrinkable tubes, extruded TPE tubes, glass fiber tubes, silicone rubber tubes, silicone rubber glass fiber tubes, and silicone rubber heat-shrinkable tubes in various colors and thicknesses.
The base conductor is manufactured using Annealed Cu‑ETP wires (C11000) with a copper content ≥99.95%, braided in compliance with the GB/T6313.2-1992 standard.
Single wire diameters range from 0.05 mm to 0.254 mm (AWG 44 to 30, standard 0.15 mm). Cross-sectional areas range from 1.5 mm² to 6000 mm² for braided connectors and 1.5 mm² to 2000 mm² for stranded connectors.
Connectors with PVC insulation offer voltage ratings from 600V to 1500V depending on wall thickness, with higher voltage ratings available using silicone or glass fiber. Flame retardant ratings such as UL94 V-0 are also available.
The base copper braid offers an operational lifespan exceeding 20 years under normal operating conditions. Regular maintenance requires periodic visual inspection for wear/cracking and cleaning with a dry cloth or mild detergent (avoiding solvents).
