Flexible Copper Wire Connectors with insulation

We can provide the following insulating materials for copper braided connectors:

Each insulation type can be supplied in different colors (e.g., black, red, yellow, green, blue) and thicknesses according to your application.

Base conductor:  Annealed Cu‑ETP wires (C11000, copper content ≥99.95%), braided per GB/T6313.2-1992.

End termination:  Welded and hot-dip tinned for secure, low-resistance contact.

Insulation materials:  PVC (general purpose), TPE (flexible & halogen-free), glass fiber (high temperature), silicone rubber (flexible & high temp), silicone rubber + glass fiber (mechanical & thermal protection).

Single wire diameter:  0.05 mm – 0.254 mm (AWG 44 to 30), default 0.15 mm.

Cross sectional area:  1.5 mm² – 6000 mm²（Copper Braided Connectors）；
1.5 mm² – 2000 mm²（Copper Stranded Connectors）.

Temperature range with insulation:  depends on material

Voltage rating with PVC insulation:  600V to 1500V (depending on wall thickness and grade). For silicone/glass fiber, higher ratings are available.

Suitable for indoor and outdoor applications with appropriate insulation.

Withstands vibration, flexing, and moderate chemical exposure depending on insulation choice.

Flame retardant ratings available (e.g., UL94 V-0 for PVC and silicone).

Do not exceed maximum continuous operating temperature of the selected insulation.

Maintenance: Periodically inspect insulation for cracks, abrasion, or discoloration. Clean with a dry cloth or mild detergent – avoid solvents that may damage the insulation.

Service life:  Base copper braid >20 years under normal conditions; insulation life varies by material.

Replace when: Insulation becomes brittle, cracked, or melted; copper braid shows severe oxidation or broken strands.
