Cover foils (upper & lower laminations): nickel foil or silver foil

Single nickel or silver foil thickness:  0.05mm, 0.10mm, 0.20mm

Cross sectional area: 1.5mm² – 5000mm²

Superior corrosion & oxidation resistance  – Nickel or silver cover foils protect the copper core without any trapped plating solution.

No re-welding & high weld quality  – Molecular diffusion welding on both ends creates a strong, low-resistance joint.

Compact & space-saving  – Soft-state forming fits into small installation spaces; various flexible part designs (straight, offset, angled, stepped) match different equipment layouts and movement states (vibration, thermal expansion, misalignment).

Easy installation  – The flexible section reduces terminal stress; no special tools required.

Forming (soft-state) position customizable  – The exact bending location of the flexible area can be tailored to unique spatial constraints.

Temperature range: -40°C to +200°C.

Suitable for indoor/outdoor  use in clean, non-corrosive atmospheres; avoid direct chemical exposure.

Withstands high vibration  (EVs, rail transit) and frequent thermal cycling.

Current capacity  depends on cross-sectional area & ambient temperature,engineering consultation recommended.

Maintenance: Periodic visual check for damage/corrosion; clean with dry air or soft brush.
