Regular Inspection:  Visually inspect the braided wire for broken strands, corrosion or mechanical damage every 6 months or depending on operating conditions.

Cleaning:  Remove surface dust and dirt with dry compressed air or a soft brush; in corrosive environments, wipe with a mild detergent and dry thoroughly.

Tightness Check: Check terminal bolts or crimping points for looseness and re-tighten to specified torque if necessary.

Avoid Excessive Bending: Ensure the bending radius is no less than 5 times the outer diameter of the braided wire to prevent internal fatigue fracture.

Under normal operating conditions (temperature -40°C to +200°C, no severe chemical corrosion, proper installation), the designed service life of stainless steel braided wire connectors can reach 10-15 years.

Thanks to the 304 stainless steel material and flexible braided structure, they can achieve a service life comparable to the equipment in static grounding applications.

In dynamic or high-vibration environments, a condition assessment every 2-3 years is recommended. Proper maintenance can further extend their life.
