Rigid Copper Busbar Insulated with Epoxy Spray Coating

High conductivity copper : C11000/C10100 copper with ≥98% IACS, low heat and energy loss.

High-quality epoxy insulation: Thickness 0.4-0.7mm (adjustable), UL94 V-0 flame retardant (self-extinguishing).

Uniform spray surface: Epoxy spray process ensures consistent thickness, smooth finish, no runs or particles, stable quality.

Strong integrity:  Insulation layer tightly adheres to copper; no wrinkles, bubbles, or pinholes even at bends or complex shapes.

Attractive & wear-resistant:  High-gloss surface, scratch-resistant, no fading or peeling over time.

Space-saving:  Thin compact insulation (0.4-0.7mm) – much thinner than dip coating or heat shrink, ideal for high-density layouts.

Flexible customization:  Suitable for standard and non-standard busbars; any color available (black/red/orange...).

Temperature range: -40℃ to +130℃ (epoxy outperforms PVC)

Relative humidity:  ≤95% non-condensing

Applications:  Distribution cabinets, VFDs, EV battery packs, energy storage, industrial chargers, outdoor equipment (epoxy has good weather resistance)

Flame rating: UL94 V-0

Dielectric strength:  Based on thickness 0.4-0.7mm and epoxy dielectric strength (approx. 20-30kV/mm), withstand voltage reaches 8000V to 20000V (AC/DC for 1 minute). Reports available upon request.

Check bolt torque and insulation surface for scratches or damage every 6 months.

Clean with dry soft cloth or mild neutral cleaner; avoid strong acids/alkalis and organic solvents (e.g., acetone, xylene) that may attack epoxy.

Avoid prolonged exposure above 130℃. No special protection needed outdoors – epoxy offers good UV resistance.

Designed service life ≥25 years. Epoxy coating provides excellent aging resistance, chemical resistance, and heat resistance.
