Operating Conditions
Temperature Range: -40°C to +400°C (dry); -40°C to +200°C (humid or corrosive gas)
Suitable For: Flexible jumpers in electrical cabinets, transformer neutral grounding, furnace electrode connections, battery bank series links, mobile equipment grounding, railway vehicle grounding.
Precautions: Avoid prolonged immersion in strong acids/alkalis; operate within rated current to prevent overheating.
Maintenance
Regularly inspect for broken strands, loosening, oxidation, or mechanical damage.
Keep terminals clean and bolts tightened to prevent heating due to loose connections.
In dusty or corrosive environments, clean the surface with a dry cloth every 6 months.
Store away from heavy pressure and sharp bending in a dry place.
Service Life
Under rated load and normal environment (≤200°C), design life ≥10 years.
In high-temperature or severe corrosive conditions, approximately 3-5 years – regular replacement recommended.
Replace immediately if significant broken strands or loosening appears at flexible joints.
